Your initial consultation will begin with a guided meditation to relax and let go of your day, which will make it easier for us to chat about your wellness and intentions. Included in this packed are an intuitive tarot reading, a release and letting go exercise, a welcoming in of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being and some initial practices to take home.
