You are invited to a complimentary workshop with Sadhana on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at 9am Pacific (Vancouver). Learn the art of Trataka for peace of mind, third-eye development and inner strength.

Set up your space near a NEUTRAL wall so that you can face this wall during the workshop.

Gather the following: tealight, lighter, tape or other wall adhesive (you will be attaching a piece of paper to the wall), journal & pen.
