These two hour classes are packed with practical information showing you how to incorporate crystals and cards into your daily life. Each class will include a guided meditation and group reading.
Join Sadhana Monday evenings and Thursday mornings to nurture, restore and energize your physical, emotional and spiritual body. Classes are accessible to all body shapes, sizes and abilities. Chairs and props are available on site. Please bring your own mat, water bottle, journal & pen.
