ONLINE CLASSES
BREATH & PRACTICE MEDITATION SERIES 1

Over the course of four weeks, Sadhana will guide you through a series of breath and pre-meditation practices to calm both the mind and the nervous system. Each week's practice will build on the previous. Recordings of each class will be available following the live sessions. However, the recording will not be offered afterwards as a pre-recorded series. This is one of the few courses that Sadhana offers in-person only.

This class is suitable for all ages, abilities and levels of experience. Adjustments can be made to accommodate any body shape, size or condition. You are encouraged to have a water bottle or tea, blanket, cushion, tissues and a journal nearby.
Four 75 minute classes will run Mar 24, 31, Apr 7, 14 from 10:00am to 11:15am Pacific Time. You will also have unlimited access to the recordings following each class. If you miss a class it is recommended that you watch the recording, then book a private 30 minute session with Sadhana.

YOGIC PRACTICES TO AWAKEN INTUITION
​
Over the course of four weeks, Sadhana will guide you through a series of practices to stimulate intuition. Each week's practice will build on the previous. Recordings of each class will be available following the live sessions. However, the recording will not be offered afterwards as a pre-recorded series. This is one of the few courses that Sadhana offers in-person only.

This class is suitable for anyone wishing to create inner peace, calm the mental chatter, become more receptive to signs from the universe or learn to trust the inner voice or guides. You are encouraged to have a water bottle or tea, blanket, cushion, tissues and a journal nearby.
​
Four 75 minute classes will run Oct 21, 28, Nov 4, 18, 2020 from 6:00pm to 7:15pm Pacific Time. You will also have unlimited access to the recordings following each class. If you miss a class it is recommended that you watch the recording, then book a private 30 minute session with Sadhana.

PERSONALIZED YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is a guided conscious relaxation practice to ease all kinds of stress. Whether your tension manifests as insomnia, digestive troubles, headaches or anger, the practice of yoga nidra will alleviate your symptoms. Like all yoga practices, yoga nidra has stages and can be personalized to meet your situation.
​
During your first session, you will learn a four stage yoga nidra based on the teachings of Sri Swami Satyananda. Each of the stages will be broken down so that when you practice at home, you will understand why and what you are doing. You will receive an on-line journal, which you have the option of sharing with Sadhana for weekly feedback.
​
Following your one on one session with Sadhana, you will receive a recording made just for you, which you will practice at home at least 3x week. You will be given instructions on how, where and when is optimal. Most students will need to meet with Sadhana monthly to regain focus and have the personalized recording adjusted to match your progress.
​
The fee includes one 90-minute private session, weekly feedback by email for 4 weeks and a personalized recording.
​
Each month you have the option of meeting with Sadhana again to revise and deepen your practice.

When you book a session, you will receive a questionnaire to help Sadhana better understand your needs. Sessions can happen in the comfort of your own home, at your workplace or at Sadhana's home.
BEGINNER BREATH & MEDITATION
New to sitting quietly? Following a warm-up to ready your body for sitting, Sadhana will introduce yogic breath and simple pranayama practices to help still the mind. Pratyahara, the practice of disengaging the senses, will also be taught at this level. Each class will be customized to match the experience and readiness of the participants. Due to the challenging nature of these kind of practices, it is recommended that all participants be of the same level.

Sadhana will bring props, blankets and soothing music. Price is for up to four people. Travel time may be extra.

​Sessions can happen in the comfort of your own home, at your workplace, outdoors or at Sadhana's home. Clients who are in hospital, hospice or other institutions will need to seek permission of the facility director before any sessions can occur.

INTERMEDIATE BREATH & MEDITATION
Ready to commit to a meditation practice? The hour will be divided between pranayama and dharana practices. (If you are unsure what that means, please book a beginner session.) Learn new pranayama practices and how to build your practice as your nervous system adjusts. Learn the stages of ajapa japa and different ways to practice trataka. Each class will be customized to match the experience and readiness of the participants. Due to the challenging nature of these kind of practices, it is recommended that all participants be of the same level.
